South Florida Fishing By Meg Kelly I have been fishing this last week on the charter boat I now work on called "Catch One" located in Lantana, Florida. We have just started to see a good sign that it may be a great Feb for these fish. I personally had a banner month a few years ago when I worked on a charter south of where I am now in that We caught over 60 Wahoo in Feb!! All nice big fish. We are blessed that we only have to travel 15 minutes to get to the ocean inlet to start fishing and we troll dead baits most of the time. Lately we are catching some Blackfin tuna,King Mackeral and sail fish, which we release,and some Dolphin or Mahi Mahi. So if you ever get to Florida be sure to look us up!
